Waking up and writing my thoughts in my journal has helped me tremedously. Its such an easy solution to clearing that early morning junk in my head and helps put me on a path to a successful day, eases the stress, and clarifies my path for the day. Not every day is easy but at least I can write my challenges down and face those demons with a smile knowning I now have a friend to helps ease those dark days and give hope and positivity. The power is now in my hands!
